The integrated Chief Legal Officer Agent, powered by Google Gemini 2.5 Pro, conducts bilingual contract reviews by identifying risky clauses and recommending revisions. It also performs preliminary letter of credit reviews—verifying bank qualifications, country risks and shipping terms—and offers compliance consulting for cross-border export scenarios.
