Legacy sites in Montana and California remain under evaluation for future commercial use as the company evaluates retailer demand and potential Midwest expansions.
2. Technology and Operations
The patented Stack & Flow system combines vertical nurseries with greenhouse grow-out, leveraging AI and computer vision to optimize growth parameters such as temperature, humidity, and nutrients. This hybrid approach delivers higher yields and lower unit costs, adaptable across deep water culture, gutter and rolling bench formats, supporting over 25 SKUs.

In February 2026 the company secured U.S. Patent No. 12,557,741, protecting methods that use machine learning and automated environmental controls to optimize plant growth in its hybrid growing environment.
