Lockheed Martin signs $2.25 billion 364-day revolving credit facility led by Bank of America

Lockheed Martin signed a new $2.25 billion 364-day unsecured revolving credit facility on Aug. 24, 2026.
The facility matures on Aug. 23, 2027, with an option to convert borrowings into non-revolving term loans for one year to Aug. 23, 2028.
Terms and replacement of prior agreement
The new facility replaced a prior 364-day revolving credit agreement dated Dec. 5, 2025. There are no early termination penalties, and there were no drawings at closing.
Pricing is tied to base rate or SOFR options. The Term SOFR margin ranges from 0.585% to 1.085% based on credit ratings, and the facility fee is 0.04%.
Separate five-year credit agreement extension
Separately, Lockheed Martin extended its $3 billion 5-Year Revolving Credit Agreement maturity by one year to Aug. 24, 2031.
