Logistic Properties of the Americas agreed to sell Bodegas Aurora, a non-core logistics asset in Heredia, Costa Rica, for US$6.6 million.
The property totals 103,440 square feet across two multi-tenant buildings and generates about US$560,000 in annual net operating income.
