Logitech holds annual shareholder meeting, backs FY2026 annual report

Logitech held its annual general meeting on Sept. 8, 2026, with shareholders adopting the fiscal 2026 annual report and financial statements.
Shareholders endorsed the statutory compensation report and the non-financial matters report for fiscal 2026.
A dividend declaration was authorized; ex-dividend is expected Sept. 21, 2026 on SIX, Sept. 22, 2026 on Nasdaq. Record date is expected Sept. 22, 2026; payment is expected Sept. 23, 2026, subject to the approved dividend being executed.
Governance and auditor approvals
Amendments to the articles were adopted, including a change of registered office and revised limits on outside listed-company mandates.
Shareholders granted discharge from liability for directors and executive officers for actions taken during fiscal 2026.
KPMG AG was retained as auditor; KPMG LLP was ratified as independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2027.
Etude Regina Wenger and Sarah Keiser-Wüger were reappointed as independent representative.
