Logitech shareholders approved FY2026 dividend of CHF 1.36 at AGM

Shareholders adopted a fiscal 2026 cash dividend of CHF 1.36 per share, up from CHF 1.26.
Dividend payment is expected on Sept. 23, 2026, with a record date of Sept. 22, 2026.
Shares are expected to trade ex-dividend from Sept. 21, 2026 on SIX, and from Sept. 22, 2026 on Nasdaq.
