Appointment expands asset management capacity
Long Harbour appointed Ethan Richards as asset manager to expand asset management capacity for its single-family rental housing strategy.
Richards joins from MOMENI Group, where he served as real estate asset manager for Central London residential and office assets. He previously worked at Helix, a Hines company, handling landlord and tenant matters, ESG, and client management.
