Los Angeles County awards ICF work orders with ceiling value of $70 million
ICFI•ICF won two multiyear Los Angeles County work orders with a combined ceiling value of about $70 million to support energy-efficiency programs across Southern California.
1. Work order scope
Awarded in early August 2026 under the Energy Support Services Master Agreement, the work orders support SoCalREN public-sector energy-efficiency programs. ICF is one of three implementers, with responsibilities spanning engineering, customer targeting, marketing, financing, construction management and analytics using its Sightline platform.
