Lotus Tech Launches LTS Standard and 952 PS X-Hybrid Hyper-SUV
Lotus Tech has introduced the LTS engineering standard derived from its 78-year motorsport heritage to ensure full-vehicle integration across all models through co-developed critical systems. The LOTUS For Me hyper-SUV features a 900V dual-motor X-hybrid architecture with 952 PS, 0–100 km/h in 3.3 seconds and over 1,400 km range.
1. LTS Engineering Standard Introduced
Lotus Tech unveiled its proprietary LTS (Lotus Tuned Specification) engineering and validation standard, leveraging 78 years of motorsport experience to integrate and calibrate full-vehicle systems across all models. The framework includes co-developed active stabilizer bars and braking modules with strategic suppliers for consistent driver-centric performance.
2. Debut of LOTUS For Me Hyper-SUV
The first application of LTS is the LOTUS For Me hyper-SUV, built on a 900V high-voltage platform with dual electric motors delivering 952 PS. It accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 3.3 seconds (maintaining 3.5 seconds at 10% battery) and offers a combined range exceeding 1,400 km with a four-minute cold-start recovery system.
3. Global Rollout Plans
Production combines UK-based chassis tuning with China-based powertrain and ADAS development. The model is slated to launch in China in late March, followed by a European debut in mid-2026 and subsequent expansion into North America and other regions.
