LTC Properties adds co-CEOs Pam Kessler and Clint Malin to board
LTC•LTC Properties elected co-presidents and co-CEOs Pam Kessler and Clint Malin to its board, effective Sept. 22, 2026, increasing the board from six directors to eight.
1. Board appointments
Kessler and Malin have spent more than two decades at the REIT and have served as co-presidents since May 2020. They became co-CEOs in December 2024 and helped build and scale the company’s SHOP platform. Five of the eight directors will be independent.
