Lucid Appoints Silvio Napoli as CEO, Targets Cost Competitiveness
LCID•Silvio Napoli has assumed the role of CEO at Lucid Group effective June 1, taking over from interim chief Marc Winterhoff. Napoli, former CEO of Schindler Group, will focus on customer engagement, cost competitiveness and streamlining operations to drive consistent execution and long-term value.

Silvio Napoli assumed the role of CEO at Lucid Group effective June 1, concluding the leadership transition announced on April 14. Marc Winterhoff, who served as interim CEO, has resumed his position as Chief Operating Officer and will report directly to Napoli.

Napoli outlined priorities including strengthening customer engagement, achieving cost competitiveness, streamlining organizational processes and ensuring consistent execution to enhance long-term value creation for investors and customers.

Bringing decades of global industrial operations and financial management experience from his tenure as Chairman and CEO of Schindler Group, Napoli joins Lucid to drive technology-driven growth. Winterhoff’s return to COO ensures continuity in daily operations under the new executive structure.
