1. Study findings
Lucid Diagnostics announced published real-world study results for its EsoGuard esophageal precancer test in the peer-reviewed journal Diagnostics. The study covered 11,991 at-risk patients tested from January 2023 through June 2024; EsoCheck cell collection was rapid and well tolerated across operators, including newly trained personnel, and no device-related adverse events were reported. The company said EsoGuard is fully reimbursed by Medicare nationwide.
