Lufax Files Form 6-K, Clears Late-Filer Status to Regain NYSE Compliance

LULU

Lufax regained NYSE continued listing compliance after it filed its Form 6-K with semiannual financials for the six months ended June 30, 2025 and its 2024 20-F within the extension period. The April 30 letter from NYSE confirms removal of the “LF” late-filer indicator under Section 802.01E.

1. Filing Delay and Extension

Lufax experienced a delay in filing its 2024 annual report on Form 20-F due to a change in auditors, prompting the appointment of Ernst & Young and Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP and an NYSE-granted extension through April 30, 2026.

2. Completion of Required SEC Filings

On February 17, 2026, Lufax filed its 2024 Form 20-F within the extension deadline, and on April 30, 2026, it filed its Form 6-K containing semiannual financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2025.

3. Regaining NYSE Compliance

The NYSE confirmed on April 30 that Lufax is now current with its periodic SEC filings and compliant with Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual, resulting in removal from the late-filers list and the deletion of the “LF” indicator.
