Lululemon appoints Tara Poseley to board of directors
LULU•Lululemon appointed former chief product officer Tara Poseley as an independent director, effective October 19, 2026, expanding its board to 13 directors, including 12 independent members.

Poseley previously served as Lululemon’s chief product officer and has more than 30 years of experience in product innovation and retail brands.
