Lululemon cuts annual revenue, profit forecast
LULU•Lululemon lowers fiscal 2026 outlook again
Sept. 3 - Lululemon Athletica on Thursday cut its annual revenue and profit forecasts again, underscoring the challenges ahead for incoming CEO Heidi O'Neill as she prepares to tackle softening demand and intense competition from newer brands.
The company now expects fiscal 2026 revenue to decline 5% to 7%, compared with its prior forecast of revenue remaining flat or declining up to 1%.
It expects fiscal 2026 earnings per share to be between $9.48 and $9.73, compared with its prior forecast of $10.95 to $11.15.
