Lululemon releases FY25 Impact Report

Lululemon Athletica Inc. announced the release of its FY25 Impact Report, its first full year reporting against Impact Agenda 2030.

• Supply-chain wellbeing programs reached more than 102,000 workers from 2021-2025; community investment totaled $80 million over the same period.
• Core Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers reached 33% renewable electricity, exceeding a 25% target; repair or resale covered 65% of markets.
• More than 69,000 products were repaired during FY25; the report also cites maintained global gender pay equity and full pay equity in the U.S.
