Business segment performance and outlook

Total business revenue totaled $2.44 billion, down 1.8% year over year, as strategic revenue rose 14.1% to $1.29 billion while legacy revenue fell 15.1% to $1.16 billion.

In North America enterprise, large enterprise revenue rose 3.7% to $794 million, while mid-market enterprise fell 8% to $435 million.

Lumen closed the Alkira acquisition, ended sales of enterprise voice offerings, and kept its 2026 outlook for adjusted EBITDA at $3.1 billion to $3.3 billion.
