Lumen shifts stock listing to Nasdaq from NYSE, set for Oct. 6 trading debut
LUMN•Lumen Technologies will move its primary stock listing from the NYSE to Nasdaq, keeping ticker LUMN. Nasdaq trading is expected to begin Oct. 6, 2026, after the NYSE delisting at the close on Oct. 5.

Lumen Technologies plans to move its primary stock listing from the NYSE to Nasdaq while keeping ticker LUMN. Delisting from the NYSE is expected at the close on Oct. 5, 2026, with Nasdaq trading expected to begin at the open on Oct. 6, subject to customary conditions.
2. Other securities
Qwest’s 6.500% Notes due 2051 (CTGG) and 6.750% Notes due 2052 (CTHH) are also slated to transfer. No operational, financial or reporting impact is expected, and shareholders are not required to take action.
