1. Listing transfer planned
Lumen said it plans to move its common stock and two Qwest Corp notes from the NYSE to Nasdaq, saying Nasdaq better fits its technology-focused business as it expands networking services for AI customers. The company said the move will not affect its operations, financial condition or reporting obligations, and shareholders will not need to take action.
2. Trading details
Lumen's common stock and the Qwest notes are expected to be delisted from the NYSE after the market close on October 5 and begin trading on Nasdaq at the market open on October 6, subject to customary closing conditions. Lumen's ticker is expected to remain LUMN, while the notes are expected to trade as CTGG and CTHH. Lumen and Qwest have applied for Nasdaq listings and plan to file a Form 25 with the SEC to delist from the NYSE.
