Lument Finance Trust completed a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its common stock following the close of business today.
Shares continue to trade on the NYSE under LFT; trading on a post-split basis starts Sept. 10, 2026.
Outstanding common shares fell to about 5,256,400 from 52,564,062.
Fractional shares were eliminated; cash paid in lieu at $6.96 per fractional share equivalent.
Post-split shares will trade under a new CUSIP: 55025L306.
