Lumexa Imaging delivered consolidated revenues of $252.5 million, a 3.1% increase over Q1 2025. The company recorded net income of $1.7 million compared with a $7.7 million loss a year earlier, generated $51.2 million of adjusted EBITDA at a 20.3% margin, and achieved 5.6% same-center advanced imaging volume growth.
2. Network Expansion Initiatives
During Q1, Lumexa added four outpatient imaging centers in Spartanburg, SC; Concord, NC; Wexford, PA (through a UPMC joint venture); and Niceville, FL. Two were strategic tuck-in acquisitions with Advocate Health and UPMC partners, and two were de novo sites, bringing the network to over 190 centers.
3. 2026 Full Year Guidance Reiterated
The company reaffirmed its 2026 outlook, targeting consolidated revenues of $1.045–1.097 billion, adjusted EBITDA of $234–242 million (including $7 million of new public company costs), and adjusted EPS of $0.71–0.77 per share.
