Lunai Bioworks’ Nasdaq-listed common stock is expected to be suspended from trading at the opening of business on October 30, 2026. Nasdaq’s October 21 delisting determination cited noncompliance with its $2.5 million minimum stockholders’ equity requirement; the company reported a $9.02 million stockholders’ deficit for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026.
The company will not seek a hearing, and voluntary delisting is expected to take effect on or about November 12, 2026. Lunai Bioworks does not plan to arrange over-the-counter quotation, leaving the common stock without an assured trading market following the suspension.
