Lyell net loss widens to $44.76 million in Q2 FY26; revenue drops to $4,000

The PiNACLE pivotal trial of ronde-cel in 3L+ LBCL remains on track for more data in H2 2026; pivotal readout is expected in mid-2027, with a BLA filing planned for H2 2027.
The LYL273 mCRC program reported Grade ≥2 diarrhea/colitis reduced to 10% from 55% with GI prophylaxis. Additional Phase 1 data and an FDA End-of-Phase 1 meeting are targeted in H2 2026.
Quarterly financial results
Lyell Immunopharma posted a GAAP net loss of $44.76 million, widening from $42.68 million a year earlier.
Revenue fell to $4,000 from $8,000, while GAAP R&D expenses rose to $39.52 million from $34.86 million.
Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities slipped to $228 million at June 30 from $247.22 million at year-end, with runway projected into Q3 2027.
