Lyft Q2 FY26 net income rises 25% to $50.3 million; revenue increases 16% to $1.84 billion

Lyft posted Q2 GAAP net income of $50.3 million, up 25% year over year, on revenue of $1.84 billion, up 16%.
Gross bookings climbed 23% from a year earlier to $5.5 billion; active riders rose 17% to 30.5 million.
Rides increased 12% year over year to 262 million; adjusted EBITDA rose 37% to $177.2 million.
Management comments and outlook
CEO David Risher said Lyft surpassed 30 million active riders globally. CFO Erin Brewer cited over $1 billion in trailing 12-month cash generation.
Lyft forecast Q3 gross bookings of about $5.5 billion to $5.67 billion; adjusted EBITDA of about $183 million to $203 million.
