M-tron Industries has extended its rights offering expiration from April 15 to 5:00 p.m. ET on April 20, 2026. The offering lets holders use five rights to buy one share of common stock at $59.00 each, with an over-subscription privilege unchanged.
1. Extension of Offering
M-tron Industries has extended the expiration of its previously announced rights offering from 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on April 15, 2026 to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on April 20, 2026 to facilitate the administration of the offering. All other terms remain unchanged.
2. Subscription Terms
Under the rights offering, five rights are required to purchase one share of common stock at a subscription price of $59.00 per share. Requests must be submitted to Computershare Trust Company, N.A. by the new expiration deadline.
3. Over-subscription Privilege
Holders exercising their basic rights in full may subscribe for additional shares through the over-subscription privilege on the same terms, subject to available unexercised rights. No fractional shares will be issued under any circumstance.
