Agreement to sell Laixi Intelligent stake
Maase entered an agreement to sell its entire indirect 49% stake in Laixi Intelligent for USD 17 million in cash, payable in installments.
Completion would exit Maase from Laixi Intelligent, which operates an unmanned car wash business.
