1. Financing priorities
Maase plans to use proceeds to advance its Lingyan large language model and expand the Star distributed intelligent computing network. CTO Zhifeng Li cited standardized foundations with adaptable APIs, targeted 90-day deployments, PUE below 1.15 through liquid cooling and controls intended to limit data leakage in AI agents.
