MGNX•MacroGenics dosed the first patient in a Phase 1 trial of MGC030, its antibody-drug conjugate for advanced solid tumors. The dose-escalation phase will enroll up to 54 participants and assess safety, tolerability and preliminary antitumor activity.

MacroGenics announced that the first patient has been dosed in a Phase 1 trial of MGC030 for advanced solid tumors. The antibody-drug conjugate is the company’s third ADC in active clinical development.
2. Study design
The dose-escalation phase will enroll up to 54 participants, with potential expansion at selected doses. The trial will assess safety, tolerability and preliminary antitumor activity; preclinical findings showed encouraging antitumor activity.
