The remaining company changed its name to MSG Knickerbockers, and newly formed MSG Rangers began trading on the NYSE the next day. Stockholders received one MSG Rangers Class A or Class B common share for every two corresponding MSG Knicks shares held on October 20; the distribution represented all outstanding MSG Rangers shares.
