Magic Empire Global held an extraordinary Class B shareholders meeting and an extraordinary general meeting on July 22, 2026.
Class B shareholders backed a resolution to vary Class B rights, setting 100 votes per Class B share; Class A stayed at one vote, non-voting shares stayed at zero.
Shareholders authorized an increase in authorized share capital to 5 billion shares, expanding Class A, Class B, and non-voting share authorizations.
Shareholders endorsed adopting a fourth amended and restated memorandum and articles of association, subject to the authorized share increase and Class B rights change.
Shareholders authorized potential share consolidations within two years up to 2,000-for-1, allowed EGM adjournment if needed, and empowered directors to implement actions.
