Maia Biotech completes enrollment for THIO-101 Phase 2 NSCLC trial of ateganosine plus cemiplimab
MAIA•Maia Biotech completed enrollment in the Phase 2 THIO-101 cohort combining ateganosine with cemiplimab. Enrollment in its pivotal Phase 3 THIO-104 trial reached 65% of a 100-patient year-end goal, with an interim analysis planned for 2027.

Maia Biotech said enrollment is complete for the THIO-101 Phase 2 cohort pairing ateganosine with cemiplimab. The company also reported that enrollment in the Phase 3 THIO-104 trial reached 65% of its 100-patient year-end goal, and that an interim analysis is planned for 2027.
2. Earlier results and status
Interim Phase 2 results presented so far indicated that the combination regimen kept more patients’ disease from worsening than chemotherapy. Ateganosine has FDA Fast Track status in non-small cell lung cancer.
