2. Pilgrimage Festival and Conflict Impact
The company attributed softer growth in February and March to demand disruptions from the Maha Kumbh Mela pilgrimage in February 2025 and ongoing conflict in West Asia, offsetting strong year-over-year growth recorded in January.

Adjusted operating profit rose to $46.5 million. The hotels and packages division saw constant-currency margin growth of 11.5% to $115.9 million, air ticketing margins increased 10.7% to $99.3 million, and bus ticketing margins grew 17.1% to $41.1 million.

For fiscal 2026, revenue grew 6.7% year-over-year to $1.044 billion while adjusted net profit reached $170.9 million. During Q4 the company repurchased 900,000 shares for $50.3 million.
