Maria Milagros Paredes, who has served as CFO and Corporate Secretary of Mako Mining Corp, will assume the same roles at Lion Copper & Gold effective June 22, 2026. She will remain with Mako in an advisory capacity, ensuring continuity during the leadership transition.
During her tenure, Paredes guided Mako’s transition into commercial production, implemented robust financial controls and reporting systems, and optimized operational planning and budgeting processes. Her strategic capital allocation initiatives helped secure funding for critical mine development milestones.
