Net loss from continuing operations (GAAP) widened to $1.2 million; adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations (non-GAAP) rose 37% sequentially to $2.6 million.
Capital expenditures climbed 276% from Q1 to $44 million, led by $41.2 million of aviation rental-services spending; total debt was $0.
Liquidity was $77 million, including $50.9 million of cash and $26.1 million of marketable securities; pro-forma liquidity was $97 million including $20 million Puerto Rico receivables.
FY 2026 guidance was raised to revenue growth of more than 90% versus 2025, with adjusted EBITDA margin above 10%.
