Mangoceuticals advances Nuclea Energy business combination agreement

Mangoceuticals is pursuing a business combination with Nuclea Energy, an advanced nuclear technology company developing the Morpheus microreactor.
The Morpheus system is positioned as a lead-cooled, factory-built micro modular reactor targeting carbon-free power demand from AI infrastructure and data centers.
The deal update comes alongside a Nasdaq extension that gives Mangoceuticals until Feb. 1, 2027 to regain the US $1 minimum bid requirement.
