Mangoceuticals closed the offering with a U.S.-based private investment firm, adding working capital at the parent level. Warrant exercises could increase dilution. Separately, subsidiary MangoRx IP Holdings secured $2.5 million in strategic investment commitments for 25% of the subsidiary, with $1.75 million received.
