Mangoceuticals Q2 net loss narrows to $1.31 million; revenue drops 59.11% to $68,757

Mangoceuticals posted a second-quarter net loss of $1.31 million, narrowing from $5.42 million a year earlier.
Revenue fell 59.11% to $68,757 from the prior-year quarter.
General and administrative expense dropped to $256,095 from $1.25 million; stock-based compensation sank to $92,417 from $3.12 million.
Six-month results and business combination agreement
For the first six months, net loss narrowed to $4.72 million from $10.26 million a year earlier, while revenue declined to $136,621 from $277,415.
The company said it entered a business combination agreement with Nuclea Energy on July 29, targeting a structure that would leave former Nuclea holders with about 96% ownership.
