Manhattan Associates posted Q2 revenue of $297.8 million, up 9.33% from a year earlier; GAAP diluted EPS fell to $0.85.
Cloud subscription revenue climbed 26% to $126.7 million; remaining performance obligations rose 23% to $2.47 billion at June 30.
GAAP operating income declined to $66.2 million; adjusted operating income increased to $103.9 million.
Adjusted diluted EPS rose to $1.39; operating cash flow increased to $90.7 million.
Outlook and commentary
The company kept its 2026 outlook for revenue of $1.16 billion-$1.17 billion. Eric Clark cited record Q2 and first-half results with a third straight record bookings quarter.
