Second-quarter results
- Manitowoc posted second-quarter 2026 net income of USD 14.2 million, or USD 0.39 per diluted share; adjusted net income was USD 16.8 million, or USD 0.46 per share.
- Net sales rose 10.3% year-over-year to USD 594.9 million; orders more than doubled to USD 708.7 million, lifting backlog to USD 1.05 billion.
- Adjusted EBITDA climbed 85.9% from a year earlier to USD 48.9 million; adjusted EBITDA margin widened 3.3 percentage points to 8.2%.
- Operating cash flow turned positive at USD 8 million, up USD 75.7 million year-over-year; non-new machine sales increased 6.6% to USD 172.2 million.
