- MannKind and Rose Pharma Inc enter licensing and collaboration agreement to develop an inhaled rapid-acting, short-duration GLP-1 for weight management
- Rose Pharma receives exclusive worldwide license for Technosphere technology
- MannKind will provide development and manufacturing support through Phase 1b in weight management study
- MannKind will receive equity interest in Rose Pharma and potential royalties on future net sales
- MannKind will have representation on Rose Pharma board of directors
