MannKind swings to Q3 2026 net loss of $23.22 million from year-earlier profit
MNKD•MannKind reported a third-quarter 2026 net loss of $23.22 million, compared with a year-earlier profit, as revenue rose 24% to $101.87 million. Commercial product revenue more than doubled to $45 million.

Total revenue increased 24% year over year to $101.87 million, primarily due to the Furoscix acquisition and higher royalties, while commercial product revenue more than doubled to $45 million. Furoscix ReadyFlow shipments began in mid-September and accounted for approximately 75% of Furoscix shipments by late October. Chief Executive Michael Castagna expects fourth-quarter Furoscix revenue to exceed its first-half 2026 total.
