- MyPath scaled to more than 332,000 participants; Experis Academy expanded to more than 6,000 participants across 12 European countries.
- AI use reached 81% of employees daily; more than 30,000 employee AI-learning engagements; more than 25,000 AI-led interviews.
Environmental progress and targets
- Total greenhouse gas emissions fell 24% from 2019 to 2025; renewable electricity rose to 44% of consumption; net-zero target set for 2045.
