Employees contributed over 49,000 volunteer hours in 18 countries and donated $8.8 million to community causes in 2025. The firm also launched mentorship and financial literacy programs, including Rock the Street, Wall Street, to support diverse student populations.

3. Environmental Restoration and Health Programs

Manulife Impact Forests has restored more than 160 hectares across five countries, enhancing biodiversity and climate resilience. The company also became first life insurer to support national nature prescriptions, connecting 670,000 participants with outdoor health initiatives.

4. Insights and Benchmarks

Collaborating with MIT AgeLab, Manulife introduced a Longevity Preparedness Index to benchmark adult readiness for longer lifespans. Insights from the 2025 Asia Care Survey revealed rising demand for quality of life, financial independence and dignified aging across Asian markets.
