Manulife prices subordinated notes offering

Manulife priced a USD 750 million offering of 6.146% subordinated notes due 2041.
The notes were priced at 100 with a 0.45% underwriting discount.
Settlement is set for Sept. 11, 2026.
The coupon resets on Sept. 11, 2036 to the CMT Rate plus 1.35%.
Net proceeds are expected to be USD 746.63 million before expenses for general corporate purposes, including future refinancing needs.
