Manulife warned shareholders on November 6, 2026, against Ocehan’s unsolicited mini-tender offer for up to 100,000 common shares at $47.20 per share. The offer was 23.41% below Manulife’s November 5 closing price in Toronto and 23.30% below its New York closing price. Manulife said it has no affiliation with Ocehan and neither recommends nor endorses the offer.
