The transaction included 16 luxury apartments and a fully entitled, shovel-ready development site that could add up to 48 units, bringing the community to 64 units. Completed in 2020, the existing apartments total 16,816 rentable square feet on 2 acres; both buyer and seller were Wisconsin-based investors.
