Marcus & Millichap’s Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation arranged USD 53 million refinancing for The Grove build-to-rent community in Rogers, Arkansas.
The three-year nonrecourse loan repaid the borrower’s construction facility ahead of maturity, extending time to stabilize rents ahead of a sale.
The 235-unit Class A property, built in 2024, was 94.5% occupied at the time of the refinancing.
