MMI•Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Barr Storage & Flex Warehousing, a 399,273-square-foot property in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Rogers Equity Group XI acquired the asset from a local LLP.

Rogers Equity Group XI acquired the entire Barr Storage & Flex Warehousing property from a local LLP after multiple offers were made for the property and its individual components. Built in 1990 on more than 78 acres, the Oshkosh property includes self-storage units, outdoor parking and flex warehouse space.
