Webb Traders operates from Amsterdam and Paris, focusing on single-stock options market making in European and U.S. mid- and large-cap equities.
The deal adds a technology-led team of market makers, quants, and developers, expanding Marex’s electronic trading capabilities.
The transaction is set to bolster Marex’s Equity Linked Structured Products platform by internalizing hedging, supporting margins, and improving client pricing.
