Marex Group Limited officially redomiciled from England and Wales to Bermuda at 08:41am on July 1, 2026, completing the transition of its legal domicile. The change aligns the company’s primary corporate registration with Bermuda’s US-style corporate law.
2. Approval and Implementation Process
The redomiciliation followed shareholder approval on May 21, 2026, receipt of necessary regulatory approvals and final scheme of arrangement sanction by the English High Court on June 26. These steps fulfilled all legal and regulatory conditions required for the move.

Management expects the new structure to rationalize Marex’s complex corporate framework, streamline regulatory compliance and generate cost savings. The Bermuda domiciliation also aligns the firm’s legal framework with its Nasdaq listing requirements under US-style corporate law.
